Cat and Dog Clinic of Pensacola is a full service veterinary clinic for cats and dogs lead by Dr. Jean Ryan. Dr. Ryan has been helping pets in Pensacola since 1991 at Spanish Trail Veterinary Hospital and Cat Clinic of Pensacola and now at our newly opened Cat and Dog Clinic of Pensacola.

Dr. Ryan is the director of Cat and Dog Clinic of Pensacola and a graduate of the Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She is licensed to practice in Florida, New York, Mississippi, Alabama and South Carolina. Her professional affiliations include American Veterinary Medical Association, Florida Veterinary Medical Association, Northwest Florida Veterinary Medical Association and Mobile Veterinary Medical Association.
She opened Spanish Trail Veterinary Hospital, an AAHA accredited small animal hospital, in 1991 and acted as the director until 1999. Dr. Ryan then opened Cat Clinic of Pensacola in 2003 and acted as director until 2018.
Dr. Ryan bred and showed Abyssinian cats, was a member of the Abyssinian Breed Council, the medical consultant for the Abyssinian Cat Club of America, is a charter member and an officer in the Emerald Coast Cat Fanciers and has served on the CFA Health Committee, the CFA Spay/Neuter committee and has written several publications for the CFA. She has also bred and shown Yorkshire Terriers and Toy Poodles and enjoys riding her Missouri Foxtrotter horses with her daughter during free time.
Dr. Ryan is a frequent contributor of articles to both veterinary journals and pet magazines.
